    Join representatives from CART (Community Advocacy Response Team) and Officer Justin Wallace from the Neighborhood Engagement Unit. CART pairs trained crisis caseworkers with Albany Police to respond to mental health crises, substance use concerns, homelessness, and other quality-of-life issues.
