Ariann Ceroalo is a committed professional with a passion for helping communities access essential resources and support. Currently serving as the NNORC Case Manager at Jewish Family Services of Northeastern New York, she brings a strong foundation in social work, crisis intervention, and community development. Her career is focused on advocating for vulnerable populations and ensuring access to critical services.
Ari’s diverse experience includes key roles at RISE: Healthy Housing and Support Services, where she excelled in residential support and case management, and at St. Peter’s Health Partners in Albany and Troy, where she worked as a Social Work Case Manager. In these roles, Ari demonstrated a talent for crisis management, effective communication, and facilitating care coordination to meet patients’ needs.
Outside of work, Ari enjoys music and yoga, which help maintain balance in her busy life. She also cherishes time with her dog, Hades. Ari is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health, aiming to deepen her impact on public health and community wellness.
