Tara Hempel, LCSW-R

Tara Hempel is a Master’s level psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in field of mental health.  She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University.  Tara has provided over 10,000 hours of therapy and support groups, specializing in grief, trauma, mood disorders and personality disorders, with all ages.  In her free time, she enjoys antiquing and traveling.
