This psychoeducational group will teach you the basic framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidenced based treatment modality used to identify and explore the impact your thoughts have on your mood. No participation in discussion will be required but is welcomed! This is a great opportunity for those who have considered engagement in psychotherapy or have been curious about how they can learn skills to manage their emotions.
CBT has been shown to be an effective modality for treating the following diagnosis:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- PTSD
- Bipolar D/O
- Phobias
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Duration: Four, 45-min virtual information sessions
Dates: Tuesday evenings in June 2025 from 6-6:45p (6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24)
Cost: $20 per group (total cost $80 for all 4 sessions)
