Regular exercise strengthens the body and is a proven stress reducer. You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete to participate in our NNORC Walking Group. Just lace up those sneakers and join your friends for some gentle, but effective exercise. Later, choose a yoga class that’s right for you to help work out those “kinks” and drink in some well-deserved relaxation.
Walk at your own pace as you breathe in the morning air. Dress for the weather and comfort.
