Director of Community Engagement
In 2026, Alicia joined Jewish Family Services as the Director of Community Engagement. As an Emmy-Award winning TV producer and enthusiastic advocate for mission-focused work, she has more than two decades of experience in corporate communications, fundraising, volunteer management, special events, public relations, and marketing. Her diverse background includes working in nonprofit organizations, healthcare, higher education, sports and entertainment, and banking.

 

Alicia is also an active community volunteer. She has served on committees and leadership roles including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) as Chapter Past-President and Golf Co-Chair, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year as Volunteer Campaign Manager, and A Toast ToLife! as Honorary Co-Chair. Fun fact, enjoys watching sports and played on a flag football team called Blondes vs. Brunettes to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association.

 

Alicia is an appointed member of the Town of Clifton Park Open Space, Trails & Riverfront Advisory Committee and Community Action Fund. She has been recognized for her civic engagement and received the 112th Assembly District 2020 Women of Distinction Award and the 2023 Town of Clifton Park Environmental Stewardship Award for 10 years of service.

 

Beyond work and volunteerism, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and playing pickleball. Alicia earned her Master of Arts degree in communication from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Albany.
