Kaitlyn is a clinical intern who started with JFS at the end of August 2025. She is a full-time MSW Graduate Student at the University at Albany and is part of the IAP Program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta in 2023. She is a second-year graduate student who will graduate with her Master of Social Work in May 2026.
Outside JFS, she has worked as a Teaching Assistant in early childhood education and interned with Albany Public Library as their first Social Work Intern. Originally from Brewster, New York, Kaitlyn moved to the Capital Region last year to pursue a professional education. She hopes to expand her knowledge and skills as she begins working with the aging population.
Kaitlyn enjoys walking and hiking to explore the Capital Region with her significant other in her free time. To relax, she likes picking up a nice book or knitting needles to let her creativity flow.
