Supporting Children with Anxiety: A Parent-Based Treatment Program
This group is designed to empower parents and caregivers with tools to help their children navigate anxiety. Grounded in evidence-based practices, the program focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship and reducing anxious behaviors through supportive parenting strategies. Together, we’ll explore practical techniques to foster independence, manage worry, and build confidence in children, while also addressing the challenges that come with caregiving. Whether your child is experiencing separation anxiety, social fears, or general worry, this program offers a compassionate community and effective guidance to support your family’s mental well-being.
Stay tuned for upcoming group dates.
