Due to extenuating circumstances at the Cornell Cooperative Extension, we are postponing the East Smart for Brain Health session and replacing it with Cooking for One or Two. Those enrolled in the Brain Health session will be automatically registered for Cooking for One or Two. If you would like a refund, please call the NNORC office. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Cooking for one or two can be difficult. Quantities of food are often too big, and items spoil before they are consumed. Plus, many recipes are for at least four serving, which can create a problem for preserving leftovers. All of this can be a real challenge when you are living alone or with one other person.
Join us for a hands-on cooking workshop that addresses these concerns. Learn some easy shopping and preparation tips for putting together affordable, enjoyable meals for one or two people. This program includes cooking and sampling.
