Are you curious about yoga? You don’t have to be a pretzel to get all the benefits of a yoga practice—you don’t even have to get down on the floor! Judi England, RN, Kripalu Yoga Instructor, NNORC Senior Health Education Coordinator will lead the March Breakfast Club and share information on how yoga benefits the body, mind and spirit and can contribute to a calmer, more balanced lifestyle. She’ll explore the connection between yoga and stress management and sample a few simple techniques you can use everyday right from you chair.
Bring your questions and your friends. A light breakfast will be provided.
