When you are overwhelmed caring for an aging parent, spouse or older loved one, taking an hour for yourself can feel impossible, but it is exactly what you need.
The group is for caregivers or adult children of loved ones in long-term care and will provide:
A Supportive Space: Connect with others who truly "get it."
Practical Tools: Learn from one another while navigating the challenges associated with having a loved one with chronic illness, dementia, placement in a facility setting, or a similar circumstances.
Expert Guidance: Facilitated by Barry Davis, LCSW-R, a licensed clinician dedicated to supporting caregivers.
