Join your neighbors in this traditional yoga class taught by Bailey Walz. We will do a range of yoga poses, breath work and a closing relaxation. Wear clothing that allows for ease of movement. Participants must be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor. Bring your own supplies: mat, yoga ties, props, and a bottle of water. This program is offered free of charge for NNORC residents. The cost for non-NNORC residents is $5 per class.
