A representative from Albany County HIICAP / NY StateWide Senior Action Council will conduct free and confidential one-on-one counseling sessions to help you evaluate your Medicare coverage, and to make changes (if needed) in the Medicare Open Enrollment Period — October 15 to December 7. Please call NNORC to reserve your one-hour, in-person appointment. Appointment location and what to bring will be shared once scheduled. If you have retiree group insurance (NYSHIP/EMPIRE plan, Union coverage, etc.), you should contact the Benefits Administers of the group plan for information. Please bring a list of your medications and insurance cards/information.
