Join our Life After the Clock Group, a supportive, therapist-led group designed for adults who are recently retired and navigating this complex life transition. This group offers a space to reflect, share, and connect with others who understand the unique experience of redefining identity, managing changing family dynamics, and balancing personal needs with caregiving responsibilities.
This group will be led by JFS Clinician, Melanie Mahler-Gabay, LCSW.
