Excuse me, what did you say? If you frequently ask this question, then maybe it’s time to discuss hearing loss and effective communication. Hearing loss is one of the most common health concerns in the U.S. It can not only affect your ability to communicate effectively, but it can also inhibit your ability for self-advocacy and participation in your daily life. Fortunately, there are treatment options available, such as, hearing aids to promote improved communication and participation within your life. Please join Lilith Brodsky, AuD, from the Audiology Center at Community Care Physicians for a discussion on the causes and effects of hearing loss, as well as hearing aid options, and effective communication strategies. This program will provide you with information to help you make informed decisions regarding your hearing health.
