The Arthritis Foundation’s Walk with Ease Program combines walking with health education, stretching, strengthening exercises, and motivational support. Participants receive a guidebook and walking schedule to improve health safely.
Offered by the Albany JCC and NNORC, the program runs from October 21 to December 4 (6 weeks).
Cost: $20 for JCC Members & NNORC Residents, $80 for non-members.
