Kaitlyn serves as an Aging Services Care Manager at JFS, where she supports older adults by connecting them with resources and services that help them live safely and independently. She first joined JFS as an intern in August 2025 through the University at Albany’s Internship in Aging Program, where she developed a well-rounded understanding of the needs of older adults and the resources available to support them.
Kaitlyn earned her Master of Social Work from the University at Albany in May 2026 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta in 2023. Her passion for working with older adults grew through her internship experience with Albany NNORC and continues to guide her work today.
Originally from Brewster, New York, Kaitlyn moved to Albany in 2024 to pursue her professional education. Kaitlyn enjoys walking and hiking to explore the Capital Region with her significant other in her free time. To relax, she likes picking up a nice book or knitting needles to let her creativity flow.
