Rachel is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s difficulties and create meaningful change. As a newly licensed social worker, she brings a fresh perspective, deep empathy, and a commitment to her clients’ personal growth. Prior to receiving her license, she gained about 5 years of experience in the mental health field.
She believes in the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients in identifying their strengths, developing coping strategies, and working towards their goals. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to meet you where you are, empowering you every step of the way.
Rachel received her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Syracuse University and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Stonehill College. In her free time, she enjoys going on family adventures and hanging out with her dog.
