PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers working directly with JFS clients are required to authorize Jewish Family Services to complete a criminal background check, which will require your social security number. We will contact you if you selected this opportunity.

Volunteers driving clients will also be required to submit copies of the following: • A valid driver’s license • Current automobile registration • Declaration page(s) from your automobile insurance • The Department of Motor Vehicle Records Research Authorization form will require a witness signature.
