The Well-Being Workshop

It’s never too late to learn new skills and make new friends. Let’s get together with others to create social connections while adding to your toolkit to build resilience, cope with life changes and everyday stressors.
JFS Facilitators: Jamie Berger, OTL/R and Kaitlyn Wooley, MSW Intern
This series is for adults 60+. A minimum of five participants is needed for group to run. Capacity is 10.
