Loneliness doesn’t always look the same—and you’re not as alone as you think.
Even the most socially active, partnered, or neurodivergent adults can feel disconnected. Join others to explore and reframe what makes us “different” into an authentic point of connection. Come and build community and feel truly seen!
In this group, we’ll explore:
  • How loneliness shows up uniquely for each person
  • The shared threads beneath our different experiences
  • Reframing “difference” as a point of connection
  • Building authentic connection in real life and within the group
This is a welcoming space to engage with others, practice connection, and feel seen without pressure to “perform.”

Details:

  • Facilitator: Barry Davis, LCSW
  • Location: Virtual (with potential to transition to in-person in Albany)
  • Start Date: July 13
  • Schedule: Bi-weekly, ongoing open group
